Diamond Grinding & Surface Repair

We use industrial grinders equipped with diamond tooling and integrated dust-extraction systems to ensure a clean, dust-free process. This preparation method opens the concrete pores and creates the proper surface profile, allowing the epoxy to penetrate and bond mechanically to the concrete rather than simply coating the surface.

All cracks are repaired to create a new looking floor.

Full Flake Broadcast

While the epoxy base coat is still wet, decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast across the entire surface to full rejection coverage. This process enhances the floor’s appearance, adds texture and slip resistance, and helps conceal minor imperfections in the concrete while creating a durable, uniform finish.

100% Solids Epoxy

We use premium 100% solids epoxy delivering maximum build thickness and long-term durability. Unlike fast-cure “one-day” systems, our epoxy is designed with a slower cure cycle that allows the material to penetrate deeply into the concrete and create a strong mechanical and chemical bond to the substrate.

Polyaspartic Topcoat

A commercial-grade polyaspartic topcoat is applied to seal and protect the flooring system. This UV-stable coating resists yellowing from sunlight, provides excellent durability against abrasion and hot tire pickup, and delivers a long-lasting high-gloss finish designed to perform for years in residential and commercial environments.
